T-MOBILE FRAUD WATCHDOG

T-Mobile is owned by Deutsche Telecom of Germany, and is depriving American families of free internet service by blocking a plan to allow Americans to access the internet for free.  This German owned company wants all Americans to access the internet through T-Mobile and other wireless phone companies, for about $100.00 each month.   For that amount, T-Mobile will guarantee that its customers are overcharged, receive mediocre service, and will be ignored as the company sees fit.  As a Federally Licensed engineer, interference is not the issue; money in the pocket of this German owned company comes before the education of American children.

A favorite fraudulent tactic by T-Mobile is to stall the customer beyond 30 days by telling the customer that Customer Service will correct the problem.  The problem then continues, and the customer is in violation of the T-Mobile Terms Of Service (TOS) for not notifying T-Mobile in writing.  T-Mobile then transfers collection of a fraudulent debt to a co-conspirator such as DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS, INC,, who can further the fraud, and may be collectible for TREBLE DAMAGES plus DEFAMATION (ruining your credit) and possible STALKING under State and Federal Statutes.  Please consult a qualified lawyer, if you can find one.

If you have been defrauded by T-MOBILE, your State may have a "CIVIL THEFT STATUTE" that allows you to collect TREBLE DAMAGES (3 times what you were overcharged).  Consult a qualified attorney.

T-Mobile keeps at least 2 sets of books (databases): the one that customer service tells you that charges have been removed or credits applied to your account to keep you paying (a.k.a. provisional credits/adjustments), and the one real one in billing, where the charges re-appear.

If you have a problem with your T-Mobile cell phone service and are not a large company, consider this:  T-Mobile and other carriers may not give a damn.  They will make more money immediately (on paper) by coercing you into canceling your account and charging you hundred$ of dollar$ in "early termination fees."  T-Mobile will then turn your account over to collections, who may likely blackmail you by threatening to ruin your credit for what may be based on unlawful charge(s).

A name has been given to this type of crime: RACKETEERING

T-Mobile Sucks - no service message -
* OUTDOORS * in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

"T-Mobile is in a bind," said Roger Entner, an analyst with research firm Ovum. click here

T-Mobile is overselling, overcharging, defaulting on rebates, and defrauding their customers to obtain over $4,000,000,000.00 ($4 Billion) to buy enough spectrum (more cell phone channels) in the August 9, 2006 FCC Auction.

These frequencies will force T-Mobile customers to buy new phones (and new contracts) to receive T-Mobile's new 2.1 GHz frequencies, and 850 MHz GSM service in rural areas.  T-Mobile has bid over  $4,000,000,000.00 (FOUR BILLION) of their customer's money.

Although T-Mobile does not have enough capacity to serve their present customers, they increased their commercial advertising to draw in new customer$, for services they cannot provide with their present system.

T-Mobile defrauded 20,000 of their own Customer Service Representatives, so defrauding customers is no big deal

The Labor Department announced a $4.7 million back-wages settlement with T-Mobile wireless phone company. T-Mobile supposedly had hundreds of call center employees working off the clock .The employees were forced to clock in before their scheduled clock-in time. Who am I?  I am a member of the American Bar Association, and have served pro-bono as a Federal Communications Commission Liaison Committee Member.  I hold a valid Commercial FCC License, grandfathered in from a First Class Federal Communications Commission Commercial License.  I have also served as a consultant to wireless service providers, including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Cingular, Nextel, etc.

I also consult, design and provide custom microwave equipment to NASA and other government entities, plus the telecommunications and broadcast industry.  I am currently working with the NEXTEL 2-GHz Reallocation Program.

Over 25 years ago, I was a member of the MOTOROLA team that designed the MX-800 series 2-way radios, and another group that designed the NTT Pager.

I have been a T-Mobile customer from 2001 to August of 2006, but when T-Mobile defrauds me, they have chosen the wrong battle.  We have never received the promised rebates for any of the four phones we purchased.  Our business credit card was debited TWICE (over $400.00) for a data card we purchased.  We have been doubled-billed for service that we did not contract for ($40.00 dollars per month for almost a year), and were "told off" by an upper tier T-Mobile CSR, "Patty," T-Mobile rep ID #4836077, stated that T-Mobile will not honor their WRITTEN contract, and that my WRITTEN T-Mobile contract (at the bottom of this page) was a mistake.  Patty, T-Mobile ID  #4836077, further stated that she personally put a "note" on our account to alert other T-Mobile personnel not to honor T-Mobile's own contract.

Our three T-Mobile business phone numbers, 954-993-4656 and 954, 993-4645, plus the number for the data card, are somewhere in cyberspace, thanks to FRAUD by T-Mobile.   email:

Our company purchased a T-Mobile Wireless Data Card as a back-up for our Verizon Data service.

------------------------

T-Mobile AirCard review: click here

------------------------

The T-Mobile salesperson told us that this was our lucky day --  we would receive unlimited internet and FREE WiFi "Hotspots."  But T-Mobile NEVER honored their written contract, and T-Mobile turned out to be a nightmare!

We have been T-Mobile customers for about 5 years, and have never received advertised rebates for ANY purchases.  A $200.00 "early termination fee" was added, even though T-Mobile knew they could not deliver their contracted service, and did not offer any equipment discount, which is the usual reason for adding an "early termination fee" to a contract.

As the first example of fraud, our company purchased a CG-89 Wireless Data Card on 11-11-2005, and was immediately billed $211.99 TWICE for the same Wireless Data Card, necessitating a call to our bank:

One T-Mobile salesman falsely stated that internet download speed was the same as Verizon: 400 to 700 kb/s.  T-Mobile Customer Service later told us that internet download speed was typically 70 kb/s, or about 1/10th the speed quoted by the T-Mobile salesperson.  Our download speed was as slow as 4 kb/s, as verified slow by NDT servers.  click here for T-Mobile speed tests

We have been overcharged every month, spending up to 2 hrs on the phone each month to have these unlawful charges removed, only to find that they had been put back on the following month's bill, and our service interrupted.

Leah, the rep who cancelled our account after an hour on the phone and even offering us a $46 VIP rate with a NEW CONTRACT (lol), stated that I, a member of the American Bar Association, was mistaken, and that overcharges were not removed, just investigated, then refused by another department (the customer is always wrong syndrome).  In addition, we did dot receive the $100.00 ($50 per phone) rebate per our original, and subsequent T-Mobile contracts/purchases ($200.00 total). This is additional fraud by T-Mobile.

The T-Mobile salesman who told us that our download speed would be 400 to 700 kb/s told us that this was our lucky day, because of a $19.99 promo for combined unlimited internet and (WiFi) Hotspots.   He was wrong on both statements.  Below is a copy of our Wireless Data Promo contract adding wireless data service.

On June 2nd, 2006, I was told by "Patty" (ID# 4836077) that T-Mobile will not honor their contract, and that this was all a mistake.  She also stated that she is going to put a "note" on our account to alert other T-Mobile personnel not to honor T-Mobile's own contract.

If you need a service that is dependable, courteous, and delivers what they promise, I personally would not recommend T-Mobile.

Although Verizon and T-Mobile actually have the fewest connection problems and  overall dropped calls, and 24 hour live customer service reps (who are virtually useless for financial matters, because credits are virtually always refused by the financial department, and appear on the customer's future invoices), T-Mobile is also one of the worst for overcharges, reversing credits to customers who have spent hours on the phone trying to correct overcharges, only to have them reappear on future bills.

Briefly stated, T-Mobile is a racketeering organization (R.I.C.O.), overlooked by government agencies and politicians who receive tax money, receive contributions, and other "perks." Click here to see over 200,000 Google hits about T-Mobile billing complaints (which only represents those that were documented on the internet).
